US domestic & International shipping

• All items are made to order and can take from 3 to 15 days to be completed depending upon the piece. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If the item is time sensitive please reach out to me via email and I will try my best to accommodate your timeframe.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. If any shipping issues occur we will do our best to work with you to resolve the matter, however there are no guarantees.

• International shipment:

  • Shipping time depends on the carrier and the country. Shipping can take anywhere from 7 -30 days and cannot be expedited once shipped.

  • We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments or for any delays or other issue that may arise.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting my small business! Each TRINE piece is carefully crafted to order which means a lot of love and time goes into each one. I want nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your ST adornment but if for some reason you are not, please contact me within 3 days of receiving to discuss an exchange or store credit of equal value.

• The item must be securely mailed back in it’s original condition within 7 days.

• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must provide tracking information via email.

• Items that are worn or have been damaged will not accepted for exchange or credit.

• All custom orders are final sale
